What we can do fast

  • Fix a page that prints wrong and re-send the file — 24 hours.
  • Re-send a download link you lost — same day.
  • Refund an ebook whose problem we can't fix — 14 days from purchase.
  • Swap a purchase for a different ebook if you bought the wrong age.

What we can't do

Print and ship paper to you, or give a resale license.
