The class party,
already planned

You have twenty minutes on a Friday afternoon, twenty-eight children and no budget. This is a plan that fits in twenty minutes — and the pages that go with it.

Because the bell doesn't wait

Three plans, timed

Pick the one that matches the slot you actually have. Each plan gives you the minute-by-minute timeline, the stations, how many helpers to ask for and what to bring.

The part that matters at school

Print it for every child,
every year

The Classroom Party Edition comes with a classroom and group license. That means you can print every page for every child in your class, run it again next October, and share it with the other teachers on your grade level — without buying it again.

The other ebooks in this shop carry a single-family license instead. We say which is which on every product page, because “commercial use” on a printable usually means nothing.

Buying it with school funds? The receipt is emailed automatically and shows the item, the price and the date. Ask us if your district needs anything else on it.

A page from the Classroom Party Edition

Every page counted

What's in the file

The same list is printed on the page after the cover, and the lines add up to the total.

    For the rest of October

    Also works in a classroom

Early finishers, indoor recess, the last ten minutes before dismissal.

The ten fold-it-yourself mini books (Candy-Free Treats) are already inside the Classroom Party Edition — don't buy them twice.

    Questions teachers ask

Can I print it for all 28 children?
Yes. The classroom and group license covers every child in your class, and it doesn't expire — print it again next October, and the October after that.
I only have twenty minutes. Is that enough?
That's the plan we built first: three groups, three stations of five minutes each, and three minutes at the end to clean up and hand out the mini books. It lists which pages to print, who runs each station and what to bring. The 30- and 45-minute plans add to it rather than replacing it.
One of my students has a food allergy.
The edition includes ten fold-it-yourself mini books to hand out instead of candy, with the folding instructions — a non-food treat for the teal pumpkin table, or for the whole class.
Will the bingo cards be different from each other?
All 90 of them, across three sets, and it's checked by the program that builds them rather than by eye. A class of 30 can play three rounds with nobody sharing a card.
Does it work on the school printer?
It's black line art on white US Letter, no heavy backgrounds — the kind of page a school copier handles all day. If a page comes out wrong, tell us and we fix the file within 24 hours.
Can I share it with my grade-level team?
Yes — the license is for your classroom and your group. It doesn't cover reselling the file or posting it on a site where anyone can download it.

    Friday afternoon, handled.
