Refund policy — we fix it first
These are digital files, so there's nothing to send back, and a file that prints wrong can usually be put right rather than thrown away. So the policy has an order to it:
- First, we fix it. Tell us which ebook and which page. We correct the file — usually within 24 hours — and send you the new version free. Everyone else who owns that ebook gets the corrected file too.
- If it can't be fixed, we refund you. Some things can't be corrected — the file isn't what its page said it was, or it doesn't work for you at all. Then you get your money back, in full. You keep the files: chasing deleted PDFs isn't a business we want to be in.
The window for both is 14 days from the day you bought it. Write to us inside those 14 days and we'll see it through, even if the fix itself takes a little longer.
Bought the wrong age? Write to us and we'll swap it for another ebook instead of refunding, if you prefer.
License
Every ebook comes with a personal license: print it as many times as you like, for the children in your own home, forever. No attribution needed.
The Classroom Party Edition adds a classroom and group license: print it for every child in your class, every school year, and for scout troops, libraries, churches and clubs. One teacher, one classroom — pass the shop link to a colleague rather than the file.
What you may not do, with any of them: resell or give away the PDF files, upload them anywhere public, sell what you print, or use the drawings in something you sell (t-shirts, mugs, other printables). The artwork stays ours.
Terms
Trick or Print sells printable PDF ebooks. Prices are in US dollars. Your files are available to download the moment your payment goes through, and the link is emailed to you as well.
Files you’ve bought stay yours: download them, keep them, and print them as often as you like. The 14-day window runs its course either way — write to us and a human will answer.
Launch discounts end on the date written on the page, and on that date the prices go back to the ones listed here. We don't run timers that restart, and we don't run “only N left” on a file.
Everything is delivered as described on its page. If a file doesn't match what its page says it contains, that's a fault and the refund policy above covers it.
Privacy
We ask for one thing: your email address, so we can send you the files and the receipt. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
We'll email you about the shop only if you ask us to, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works. We don't sell or rent your address to anyone.
Want your data deleted? Write to support.trickorprint@gmail.com and it's gone, along with the marketing list entry, within a few days.
